Product specifications and analytical reports, clearly explained.
Where is my invoice request confirmation?
Look for an email from cyberaweresearchsupply@gmail.com. Check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with the order number shown after checkout.
Where is my product's COA?
Open the product page and select View COA, or find it in the COA library. Check the lot on the report against the lot on your vial.
What do purity and net content mean?
Purity is the percentage reported by the stated analytical method. Net content is the measured amount in the tested sample. They describe different things.
Why can the COA amount differ from the label?
The label shows the nominal size. The COA shows the measured amount in a particular tested sample. A measured result is not a promise that every vial contains exactly that amount.
Does a COA include every test?
No. Read the tests and methods shown in the report. A purity result does not establish sterility, endotoxin levels or other results that are not reported.
What if the matching report is still pending?
The product page will say so. Reports from other lots are not a substitute for the matching document.
How are blends labeled?
Blend listings show the named components and labeled amounts. Any measured amounts from the COA are shown separately.
Where are storage and handling details?
Use the documentation supplied for the exact material. If those details are not listed, they have not yet been added.
Who handles invoices and shipment approval?
Bobby Lawson sends invoices separately through Bluevine, confirms payment and approves shipment. No payment is taken on this website.
Do you provide human or veterinary use instructions?
No. These materials are for laboratory research only. The site does not provide dosing or treatment instructions.
